Bachelors/Arts- Business/Social-Humanitarian Sciences or any related field.
Relevant experience in human resource management will be preferred.
Goals: In this role, you will be required to perform tasks related to HR system handling and work in various different units within HRSS that include: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Payroll & Employee Records, Organization Support Services, Contact Center & HRIS
Potential Career Path: Possible opportunities within Human Capital Division.
Your typical day at work: Coordination with different departments & units within HCD.
Operational support on different projects within HCD.
Providing support to HRIS team namely responding to queries; organizing data, uploading of employee date and workday process toolkit preparation.
HCD communication support and follow up on deliverables.
Planning of divisional Humqadam activities in close coordination with Employer Branding team.
Providing support to talent acquisition team in shortlisting of candidates and job shadowing of recruiters especially during interviews.
Collaboration with Employer Branding team on internal & external EB projects.
Maintaining employee database.
Facilitating team in on-boarding of new employees across the organization through timely roll out of announcement & communication to candidates along with follow up on recruitment cases
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Strong interpersonal skills
Should be able to work individually and also in a team
Goal oriented
Good computer skills - specially in Microsoft office programs (particularly Excel,Word and PowerPoint
Adaptable & keen learner
